A free bus service will run from Retreat Station to the School in the morning before the first session and in the evening after the last session. On the evening of the finger supper we will run an extra service after the finger suppers for those who wish to stay and enjoy the networking opportunity.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel by writing to us by fax or e-mail. If you cancel before 13 September 2010 we will refund your fees less R40. If you cancel after 13 September 2010 there is no refund.

Delegates are urged to contact the South African Embassy, South African High Commission or South African Consular Office in their own country, as soon as possible, to find out if they need a visa to enter South Africa for business purposes to attend the conference. (The visa issuing process can take up to 3 months.)
